Good, responsive service overall. Service rep courteous and easy to work with. Excellent communication. However, work was not done completely nor checked thoroughly. The car stalled frequently as soon as I tried to drive it home. Fortunately, you were very quick to fix the problem, but it should have been checked before I got the car back.

Frank was available to answer my questions. I got a good quote for my car and they never tried to take more, like other dealers had. The sales process was not pushy and they did not try and upsell me on items that were not needed. Also, the VW Atlas that I got had way more bells and whistles standard, than other vehicles in its class. This was my first vehicle with Thompsons, and so far, I would recommend them!
